M!OS is a compact device that combines data acquisition, control and automation. Whether you need it for proof of concept, manual testing or fully automated CI/CD processes, the system can be scaled to meet your requirements.
Intuitive, user-friendly process design with M!OS-CT
The M!OS-CT software makes automation easy:
- Logging function to the terminal or non-volatile memory (NVM)
- PIN assignment is specified automatically
- Processes can be created without programming knowledge
- Live data display and autonomous operation are possible
Thanks to the wide range of device configurations supplied for sensors and actuators, automation can be implemented quickly and easily.
To rule out malfunctions before commissioning, the M!OS system provides an assignment table for the device connection.
Robust logging & data security
M!OS records all data human readable or machine readable.
Thanks to the industrial SD card with FAT journaling, your data is safe at all times – even in the event of a power failure.
The product has anti-brick functionality. It is operated via a standard USB-C interface, which avoids additional costs for specially assembled cables or programmes.
Intuitive configuration and control with M!OS-CT
The user-friendly interface of the M!OS-CT allows you to design your automation processes without any programming knowledge.
M!OS can provide all control and measurement information for a host in live mode with an active connection, but can also operate independently in headless mode with a downloaded configuration.
Simple integration into existing test systems
M!OS can be integrated into common testing systems, such as vTest, SonarCube and TestStand, via open, non-proprietary interfaces. M!OS supports your test environment throughout, from initial proof of concept to fully automated CI/CD.
