M!OS allows the Real Time capture and log to SD Card in human-readable form, while also providing recorded Data to the connected configuration tool.
The M!OS supports a wide range of devices — from temperature sensors, light switching signals, relays, up to more complex structures, such as DC Motors in many variants and a variety of discrete sensor electrics.
The system comes with a number of device profiles that allow the desired task to be performed quickly and easily.
M!OS is fully operable, configurable, and updatable via the USB-C.

Intuitive configuration and control with M!OS-CT
The M!OS-CT software makes it easy to implement your automation projects. Thanks to the large selection of generic sensors, the M!OS system is easy to configure. The software automatically suggests the correct pin assignment for your sensors and actuators to ensure a simple, fast and error-free connection.
Designing your automation is intuitive and requires no programming knowledge via the user-friendly interface of the M!OS-CT.
The M!OS can provide all control and measurement information in live mode with an active connection.
In headless mode, the M!OS can work completely independently thanks to the downloaded configuration.
Seamless integration of M!OS into existing test environments
M!OS can be seamlessly integrated into your existing test environment. Thanks to open and non-proprietary interfaces, integration into existing test environments such as vTest, SonarCube, TestStand or similar is child’s play. Mios supports your test environment from the first proof of concepts to fully automated CI/CD.
Design and certification
M!OS convinces by its compact and space-saving design. With a size of approximately 100×80 mm, M!OS is the ideal solution for confined spaces and enables easy integration into your existing system. It can be mounted in a versatile way, e.g. via a top-hat rail module, PCB holder or connection via an adaptable connector.
It is SIL-ready, which means it meets the requirements for safety-related control systems. In terms of quality and safety, it meets the highest standards.
