Coping with Complexity
The complexity of modern space missions is a constant challenge for project teams. In addition, the Packet Utilisation Standard (PUS-C), published by the European Cooperation for Space Standardisation (ECSS) in April 2016, defines communication protocols for space systems. Increased requirements and interdependencies have significantly increased the complexity of the model.
In order to successfully overcome this hurdle in a time and cost efficient manner, the PERIGEE application has been developed for the high and complex requirements of space missions. This tool makes the complexity manageable for the project teams.

Space projects – efficient and cost-saving
PERIGEE can be used to define both satellite-to-satellite and satellite-to-ground communications in a short time. This means that the ECSS PUS-C communication links for spacecraft and their components can be developed much more quickly and easily. With PERIGEE, the ‘Mission PUS’ is quickly and effectively derived and refined from the specifications of the European standard ECSS-E-ST-70-41C, thanks to centralised data storage, intuitive user guidance and multi-user capability.
The built-in ‘baseline’ functionality allows any data status to be frozen, so that old, approved versions can be used for audits and changes. PERIGEE is highly scalable and extensible to meet your project requirements.
