VIS-All® 3D

Urban planning with perspective

VIS-All® enables modern urban planning where many aspects are considered in the planning process. The visualisation is based on the 3D building models LOD1 or LOD2 provided by service providers and state survey authorities, as well as the digital terrain model and aerial photographs. Data from the municipality’s CAD/GIS can also be used.

Determines the best location for wind turbines

The efficient use of renewable energy requires good planning. By visualising the system, the project can be communicated transparently at an early stage. Lines of sight and shadows can be analysed to determine any adverse effects on residents and traffic. Distances to residential buildings and protection zones can be determined using the integrated measurement function.

Shadow simulation for photovoltaic system

The efficiency of solar systems can be determined through the exact calculation of real shadows caused by buildings, mountains and trees. The solar system can be planned using a large selection of 3D models. VIS-All® then makes it possible to analyse the course of the shadow and measure the shadow length at different times of the year, day and night!

3D visualisation of noise abatement solutions

Visualisation of planned noise abatement measures for transparent and comprehensible planning. Noise barriers, walls or even tunnels can be shown and the extent of the measures can be clearly communicated to those affected.
