What makes a good employer a good employer? Every year, FOCUS Business gets to the bottom of this question and analyzes more than 900,000 German companies and their employer ratings. We are pleased that we are also included for the year 2021 and have received an award as TOP-Arbeitgeber Mittelstand 2021.

According to survey results, our employees particularly associate a family-like relationship and team spirit with the concept. Both are essential for feeling at ease with a company and achieving good work results. Especially in these very difficult times caused by COVID-19, we have shown that we can act as a reliable employer. Mobile working is as much a part of the daily routine as telephone and video conferencing. The switch to mobile working is proving to be a great asset for everyone. The work-life balance, which is very important to us, has changed dramatically as a result, and all employees appreciate the flexible handling.

The variety of products and industries is also rated very positively by our employees. As a result, work remains exciting and varied, and many projects involve cross-site collaboration.
