Trust and Partnership
Trust and long-term business relations are our utmost concerns. This focus on reliability is also reflected in the compositions of the Executive and Advisory Boards. Their passion for technical systems, in particular those that become especially exciting by the software involved, united Heinz Grötzinger, Dr. Udo Konzack and Hans-Peter Zimmermann in 1994. The challenge of founding and developing a systems house and IT service company offered an equally exciting personal and career perspective to all three of them. In early 2016, the founders of Konzept Informationssysteme GmbH placed the operative management of the company into younger hands after several years of preparation. The three former authorized officers Dr. Peer Griebel, Frank Häßler and Dr. Christophe Schoenenberger are the new executive officers. The founding trio forms the new Advisory Board. Both boards work together to promote the further development of the medium-sized enterprise. Since January 2019, following the departure of Dr. Christophe Schoenenberger from the company, the management constists of Dr. Peer Griebel and Frank Häßler.
Frank Häßler
CEO and Board of Directors - Responsible for projects and customers
Frank Häßler joined Konzept Informationssysteme GmbH as early as in 1998 and has been an executive officer since January 1, 2016. In this position, he took primary responsibility for the project business and the client relations of the company. In his dual function as an executive officer of Konzept Informationssysteme GmbH and as a member of the administrative board of Konzept Informationssysteme AG in Hünenberg, Switzerland, he essentially directs and coordinates the strategy of the company with respect to projects and clients. After completing his studies, the graduated engineer in electrical engineering / applied information technology first gathered experience at international level in the field of mail automation before changing to senior project management and the functional safety area in 2009.
Dr. Peer Griebel
CEO - Responsible for Administration & IT
Dr. Peer Griebel turned his hobby into an avocation. After completing his studies of information technology and subsequently his doctorate, he passed a few intermediate stations before joining Konzept Informationssysteme GmbH in 2003. In his prior professional career, he quickly took on challenging and responsible jobs. He entered the company as a senior project manager and later became an authorized officer in addition. On January 1, 2016, he assumed responsibility as an executive officer for the Administration, Finances, IT, Human Resources and Marketing areas.
