Would you like to become a part of our team? Here you will receive helpful tips to ensure that your application reaches us correctly and can be processed directly.

Your PDF application folder should contain the following documents:

  • a cover letter in German, in which we will find out your motivation for your application, your possible starting date and your desired salary
  • a current and complete, tabular CV in German with a picture, as well as your personal details (name, address, telephone, e-mail, nationality etc.)
  • if possible, a brief overview of your previous projects (project description, position, tasks, technologies and tools used)
  • all the testimonies: Higher education entrance qualification / A-levels, if applicable, training qualification or degree with the most recent list of grades, as well as employer's references and other relevant attestations and certificates

Please send us your documents by e-mail in a PDF file (max. 10 MB) to bewerbung@konzept-is.de. For security reasons we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept open files such as Word etc.

We attach great importance to a speedy application process. After receiving of your documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Our personnel department and the responsible specialist department will check your application for the necessary qualifications. If everything fits, we will invite you to a detailed and personal interview in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. If your and our ideas match, we may have another interview within one or two weeks or we will submit a contract offer directly to you. Once the contract has been signed, you will receive an e-mail with information on your first day at work. Our patent system guarantees you intensive training during the six-month trial period. During the probationary period, we conduct regular feedback meetings, so that there is nothing to prevent you from taking up permanent employment at the end of the probationary period.
